Circle Circle Dot Dot is a functionally useless but occasionally aesthetically pleasing experiment using Twitter’s public timeline.
Each tweet is converted into an arrangement of circles and dots. Color, position, size and opacity of each circle and dot are determined by splitting the tweet into seven character chunks. Each character is transformed into a ratio which is then used to determine the individual r, g, b, x, y, size, and opacity values. The tweet’s length is used to determine the background color. Its text is only included for additional compositional texture.
