I know a couple people with celiac disease (an intolerance to gluten) and it’s really hard to find accomodating restaraunts (especially of the “ethnic” variety). But PF has a special gluten-free menu! Their food’s a little pricey but it sure beats gettin’ sick.

They really were very accommodating, three managers introduced themselves and offered their assistance (it was a late lunch so I expect we were there during a changing of the guard). One of the managers and a chef actually sat down at our table and marked up a take-out menu, crossing out meals that were off-limits (contained onions) and making recommendations of the meals that could be made without onions. They went completely above and beyond.
