Garden Takes Best of Show

Congratulations to Dave Shea of Mezzoblue whose CSS Zen Garden not only walked away with Best Developer’s Resource but also Best of Show at this year’s SXSW Interactive Festival. This is a big victory for CSS design and all of my peers who participated in the Garden. I wish I could have been there.

For those of you not in Austin, TX for the conference (and happen to live in or around Baltimore) I’ll be playing—one minute only!—at this year’s AIGA 20/20 on Thursday night. It will be my first time taking the stage in almost 2 years. What I hope to achieve in one minute after two years of neglect I can’t say but I’m sure it will be fun.

Ick. That was an unnecessary introduction. One look at his site and I wonder what I would file those DVDs under: performance art or bad horror flick?

Hey Shaun, taking a wild guess here, but you must be from the Maryland area. I’m a student at UMCP, and the AIGA Baltimore event sounds interesting, too bad I’ll have to miss it. Good luck with the contest, and si6 kick ass.
