No Derivative Works Funny, the original—being copyrighted—does not allow derivative works as well. Why am I not surprised there’s also no attribution? (It appears I need clarify here. The spanish CC linked above was attached to the site that pirated the haveamint.com design. The haveamint.com design is not and never was available as a template for others to use.)
